Description: Uniformly black on face side with a matte surface; Uniformly white on adhesive side. Film with permanent pressure sensitive clear adhesive on a 78# white kraft paper liner.

Uses: Blocks light transmission when applied to internally illuminated signs and enhances a neon-type effect when used on the second surface of clear acrylic. Use as first or second application surfaces, except not for use on second surface of 3M™ Panagraphics PGIII and 3M™ Envision™ Flexible Substrate FS-1. Apply to flat acrylic, polycarbonate, PETG.

Special Features: Completely block the transmission of light.
